How I hold the details you send me.

This page is for people who write to Periodbenitoagency through the site or by email. It is written in my voice because I am the person who reads the inbox. It is not a wall of borrowed clauses.

The office in Bugis

Who I am, and how to reach me

I am Benito Halim. I run Periodbenitoagency from 33 Tan Quee Lan Street, #05-04, Bugis, Singapore 188098. The practice opened in 2026. For anything on this page, write to hello@periodbenitoagency.pro or call +65 6293 5714 during advertised hours. I am the person who answers. There is no privacy committee and no outsourced data office hiding behind a form.

What the form collects, and why

The contact form asks for your name and email because I cannot reply without them. Phone and company are optional. The budget and subject fields help me see whether I have a seat and which of the five pieces of work you are circling. The message is the actual brief. The consent box records that you are happy for me to hold those details in order to reply. I also store the time the form was loaded, as a quiet check against automated posts, and I ignore a hidden field that only machines tend to fill.

I use this information to answer you, to offer a twenty-minute call if the fit looks real, and to keep a record of what was asked so that I do not contradict myself six weeks later. I do not use it to build a marketing list. I do not add you to a newsletter, because I do not run one. I do not pass the form to a CRM in the cloud as a default. If the work later starts and a shared tool is needed, I will say which tool and why, in writing, before I put your details there.

If you email hello@periodbenitoagency.pro directly, I hold that thread for the same reasons. I do not record calls as a default.

How long I keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last meaningful contact, then deleted from my mailbox and from any local notes. If you become a client, the engagement files follow the retention in that engagement — typically the life of the work plus 24 months, so that I can still explain a decision if a question returns. I do not keep “just in case” spreadsheets of everyone who ever wrote.

The cookie that remembers your cookie choice, named pba_consent, lasts 12 months. That is described on the Cookies page. The contact page loads a Google Map, and Google may set its own cookies. I do not receive a copy of those for my own profiling, because I do not profile visitors to this site.

I do not sell this, and I do not sprinkle it around

I do not sell personal data. I do not trade it with lists. I do not run advertising pixels on this site. Hosting, email and the map provider process some technical information so a page can load. Specialists I brief receive only what they need, and only after you are a client.

Your rights under the PDPA, in practice

Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act gives you, among other things, a way to ask what I hold, to ask for a correction, and to ask me to stop using data for a purpose you no longer agree to. I also treat deletion requests as something I should honour for enquiries, not only for a formal notice. Write to hello@periodbenitoagency.pro from the address you used, tell me what you want (a copy, a correction, a deletion), and I will reply within a reasonable period, usually inside two weeks and often faster.

I may need to keep a thin record of the request itself, so that I can show I acted on it. I may refuse a deletion where I am required to keep a record — for example an invoice or a contractual note — and I will say so rather than silently holding the rest. There is no portal. There is an email, a person, and a date.

Security and changes

I do not ask for passwords in the form. Account access, once an engagement starts, is through the platforms’ own guest mechanisms, which you can revoke. If I change how I hold data, I will update this page. Last reviewed: 2026.
