Marketing diagnostic
Indicative S$2,800–4,800 · fixed scope
This is the reading. I pull every channel you currently pay for, every property that receives an enquiry, and the tracking that claims to explain them. I look at search, paid social, the site, the forms, the phone path, email if it exists, and the invoices that sit behind the activity. I speak to the person who answers the leads and to the person who closes them. Those two conversations usually explain more than the last quarter of reports.
The deliverable is a written plan: what to keep, what to stop, what to fix in the first thirty days, and an indicative budget for the next ninety. It includes a one-page view of how enquiries currently move, and a list of tracking problems stated in ordinary language. You can hand the document to an in-house hire, to another consultant, or back to me. Success for this piece of work is that you can make a decision without me in the room. If the diagnosis is “stop spending until the form works”, that is a complete result.
